Should i trust my boyfriend?

I let him go out partying and clubbing and go to strip clubs and everything with no stings attached just as long as he call me and let me know when he get in cause i cant sleep without him. we have a very open relationship and i love him with all my heart and i know he wouldn't lie to me but idk so can someone please help
